Our business name Goleza Designers has its origin from two words: “Go” and “Laser“. These words came to our mind when we thought of starting a laser engraving business. Originally, we wanted to appeal to the public to “go laser engraving”. This idea came to our mind because most engravers, at that time, used traditional engraving methods. But to make it easy for people to memorize and pronounce our business name, we localized it to form Goleza. However, we maintained our first name as Go Laser Engraving for our official website. It’s why our website address is www.golaserengraving.com. Initially, due to the high cost of laser engraving systems, we couldn’t afford to venture straight away into the laser engraving business. Left with no other option, we chose to begin with a stamp-making business as an entry point into the business world. We ran the stamp business from home. Working from our home office, we supplied Brother pre-inked rubber stamps to many local government offices etc.
