We stumbled across this lovely spot years ago. Our first idea was to use it as a weekend get-away from our hectic Kampala lives but soon we realized we love to have something going on. We are running Banda Island Resort and Campsite (bandaisland.biz) and enjoy interacting with guests. So the Nile it! campsite idea was born.



First we planted dozens of trees and created gardens with hundreds of plants. We made a posh gate, a nice thatched roof terrace with viewing platform and a really beautiful bathroom. We have a chef on-site who prepares good food and a hostess who will take care of you. Most likely you will us meet there as well. :-)
